slimscoll event is not capturing bottom event

i am trying to have infinite scrolling using slimscroll event. i have enabled div with slimscroll plugin and i have set height(1000px) of slimscroll div. after setting height slimscroll bottom event is not capturing

I have the same problem. In jquery2. X, events can be triggered to scroll to the bottom, but not in jquery3. X
