DVD Backup fails to begin on Installer and Portable releases

This error does not happen when you install Slipstream from a normal pip install or from source code. It's likely some sort of bug with the pyinstaller frozen build.

Surprisingly, this is not actually an issue with PyInstaller, at least not it's entire fault. See: tqdm/tqdm#1523

The Windows Setup and Portable binary release were updated to include the Console in the frozen build to workaround this issue. Ideally this could be solved another way in the future, but this works for now.
