Translate/internationalize Lea5 (i18n) #481
Description
For now the application is entirely in English, we will want to provide a French version at some point (at least).
Note: look at the Rails Internationalization guide, and the https://github.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n gem for the base translations (validation errors, currency...)
