Restore A Backup To A New Image Before Booting? #2003
-
|
Would it be possible to restore a backup file to a new image after it has been written to the SD card, but before it is booted for the first time? This would eliminate any network setup problems for existing users. |

Cant you do this now?!? You copy the backup file onto the fresh SD card, leaving the original filename and putting it in the root folder. Bootup will definitely take longer than normal the first time. Or at least that used to work, I think. |
