NativePRNG SecureRandom not available on Windows

The "NativePRNG" SecureRandom algorithm requested by SSLTest seems not to be available on Windows 10. Also see this SecureRandomTest Result. The full output is here

Thanks for letting me know. I will need some time to do a research on a windows computer and try to reproduce the issue. I will come with an update or provide you a workaround.
