Build Linux version on Trusty for maximum AppImage compatibility

As pointed out in issue #3, AppImage Linux compatibility should provided enough backward compatibility up to Ubuntu Trusty (14.04 LTS).

However, some more work is required as building C++14 code on years-old distribution seems to be a major pain.

WIP work is on the linux-build-trusty branch.
