Please update boltdb/bolt to etcd-io / bbolt

boltdb/bolt is achieved and maintenance is moved to etcd-io / bbolt. They resolved a lot of issues like #https://github.com/etcd-io/bbolt/pull/201 . We are seeing errors like this: **unsafe pointer conversions caught by Go 1.15 checkptr** when we run _go test -race ./..._ It would be really helpful if you update usage of bolt package from boltdb/bolt tetcd-io / bbolt
