In case we cannot run our user-data scripts, exposing this setting would allow us to set the kernel parameters needed to tune for larger servers

Have a list that can be provided via terraform to template out the setting

additional ansible playbooks
Additional context
In case of baremetal we cannot run scripts and get vanilla OS
