Change settings/CSS of pkgdown site to show full list of Articles (if possible)

I actually think this (#2285) is a UX issue that it would be great to fix, if there's a way to adjust the site settings so that it shows the full list of articles without needing to scroll.
In my browser (Zen/Firefox) it's not clear that there are more articles if you scroll down, and I had actually been wondering why I couldn't find a vignette on mocking, for example.

I get that this is really a product of my browser scrollbar auto-hiding itself and me not noticing 🙄. But clearly I am not the only one who has been missing out on all that helpful documentation!

Moving to pkgdown since that's where the fix needs to be. It is very confusing that there's no scrollbar here.
