Older version for Seurat V4

Hello,

Thank you for developing this cool package. I'm asking regarding the availability to download the previous version of Pando (v0.5.1) that is hopefully compatible with Seurat V4 object. The reason I want to stick to Seurat V4 is to keep my analysis consistent.

I tried to customize the fit_grn_models.GRNData function by replacing LayerData() to GetAssayData() on my end, but couldn't get it working. Error I got is as below:

Selecting candidate regulatory regions near genes Preparing model input Fitting models for 7896 target genes Error in { : task 9 failed - "unused argument (sparse = TRUE)"

Thank you and please kindly let me know if you have suggestions to work around this.
