Improve exported structure of displaced_cross_section_x and reappearing_cross_section_x

In exported pandas dataframe displaced_cross_section_x, displaced_cross_section_y, reappearing_cross_section_x and reappearing_cross_section_y are hard to access.

Suggested structure hstacked numpy array.

The improved data structure should support vectorized operations so that unit conversion can be done easily.

He means to not deliver the coordinate arrays distinctly, but as a two-dimensional array.

Hi @GRPlan,
Currently, as you know, this is a MultiPolygon we don't see a feasible way to convert the shape as of right now.
Therefore I will move this issue to a indefinite timeline.
