obj problem

I tried to load collada file and save as obj. The command is meshtool --load_collada one.dae --save_obj one.obj. While the result one.obj's material has something wrong and it is black in meshlab.

What's the problem with the material and what error does meshtool give? Note that I can load the .obj file in Preview on os x and it looks the same as the dae.
