package-lock.json files pointing at internal npm registry?

I needed to change the "resolved" attribute in package-lock.json from "https://nexus.use1.infra-pure.cloud/repository/npm-cache" to "https://registry.npmjs.org" in order to enable "npm run setup" to complete successfully.
