Feature request: provide option to toggle enabling bangs

Feature request: provide option to toggle enabling bangs. Currently, bangs can only be deleted. Suppose a builtin bang occupies the m shortcut--the user might want to use m for something else but still keep the existing query associated with it for reference. Currently, the workaround is to assign it to another shortcut the user won't use if one simply wants to disable it with possibility of enabling it in the future.
