some ploblem about this example running at newest Chrome version

for some reason , i have writing a plugin ,this plugin wrapper a activex control( MFC ACTIVEX).

it work very well run IE11, OPERA25.0, firefox32, but chrome38 . in chrome38 ,the plugin initilize ok, set get property ok . and well reponse mouse message .
when maxsize chrome window or change window size with grasping the top border . the plugin control is freezing and offset about 20px from 《object》 element , and donot response mouse message.
but when i draged the right border of chrome window, eveything is working well .

and then i install chrome30 ,it work very well.

The same phenomenon occurs in the FBAXExample. How to solve this problem.
