Contents cannot be seen in IPA Genie Home Page that are uploaded on to CDN

1. Upgraded the latest openRAP image Darwin version.
2. Downloaded the Genie v 6.6.2616 qa
3. Uploaded two contents inside _ecar files in File Management system.
4. Installed the Genie which is compatible to OpenRAP.
5. In Genie Home page the contents that are uploaded onto CDN is not visible
