Don't work "command + q" on MacOS and freeze when close

What did you expect to see and what you saw instead?

When press command + q need kill app, but it do nothing today.

And when i close on red button (close button), it freeze and dont close the app.

set the first param fasle,it mean when you press command+q exit the app ,or only hide the window

It dont work. It dont appear as application on MacOS. It dont quit with keyboard. Very bugged. The focus is on my app, but the application showed is the window behind (activity monitor).
