question: interest in `no-std`?

When it comes to cryptography, all of it can be implemented in `no-std`. To that end, I think that much of our implementation is essentially `no-std` compatible already. There are some spots where we will need to do work to make this happen, but nonetheless:

Do we want to make this a `no-std` crate?
