Issue with Data Injection plugin – unable to add model due to missing field

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with the Data Injection plugin in GLPI. The currently installed version is 2.14.3. We attempted to update to 2.15.1, but it didn’t work. We also tried downgrading to 2.14.2 and 2.14.1, but the issue persists.

When trying to add a new model, the field “Type of data to import” is not displayed, making it impossible to complete the model configuration.

We’ve already tried:

Reinstalling the plugin

Clearing browser cache

Testing with different user profiles and browsers

The issue occurs consistently across all versions tested. Could you please advise on how to resolve this or confirm if it’s a known bug?

Version 2.15.x is intended for GLPI 11.

From your screenshot, it seems that you’re using GLPI 10.

Could you please verify your permissions?
Also, try enabling debug mode to see if any errors are displayed. I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my side with the latest compatible versions for GLPI 10 and GLPI 11.

We are using GLPI (GLPI 10.0.17 )
Plugin Version 2.14.3

We did a fresh install after the initial problem, but the situation is the same.

Here is the message after enabling debug mode: Uncaught Exception Error: Class "PluginFieldsPlugingenericobjectpurpleteampurpleteamInjection" not found in /var/www/html/glpi/marketplace/datainjection/inc/injectiontype.class.php at line 53

In the past, we had a model called purpleteam...... but it no longer exists now.
The error above has a reference to this name ....purpleteampurpleteamInjection" not found.

How can I disable this class referring to the ...purpleteam? This can be the problem.

There must be a record of an injection model referencing this generic object.

Could you please check your existing models, or alternatively, the database table glpi_plugin_datainjection_models?

Hi Stonebuzz.. We solved this situation after reinstalling the plugin additional fields to the version 1.21.24.
Any incompatibility between the plugins was hidden the field of data injection.
