Adds a “Related content” section at the end of documentation pages to improve navigation and help users discover relevant topics more easily.

First, this does not fix the issue, but it does contribute to its fix. Would you please replace "Fixes" with "Contributes to"?

It's not clear to me whether you want to link to the page or a specific section within the page. See Cross-references for details of how to link to a heading or arbitrary location.

Additionally, by using the target, you don't need to add text. MyST automatically renders the text of the heading. You can see that in your own screenshots where text is duplicated.

Please remove the submodules. They should never be committed.

I don't think you understood the difference between ref and doc, and I don't know how else to explain other than correcting them.
