fix: electron release builds are laggy

Likely causes: excessive logging in the main process (including IPFS stdout) and possible architecture emulation on some platforms. The release should include builds for every architecture, and logs should be reduced.

should be fixed in 0.5.9, with native builds for mac and linux (e.g. new mac arm64 build doesn't lag on apple silicon) and reduced logging
