Feature request: multiple environment friendliness


Right now I'm manually switching between my environments (different orgs and agents) using symlinks and by manually switching organizations. But it's error prone.

So I'd like to request the following:

1. allow specifying a different file than pcc-deploy.toml
2. allow putting the organization inside of pcc-deploy.toml
