How to enable extensions in FrankenPHP?

I have a simple project with custom code (no frameworks) and I'm simply trying to leverage the SQLite3 API (php-sqlite3) which worked on prior versions of FrankenPHP but are not working on my install of the latest. How do I enable extensions? The static-php table shows SQLite as being fully supported.

I assume you ran the installer? The answer is documented: sudo apt install php-zts-sqlite3
