ob_get_clean ends the buffer and not just deletes the content.
so it does the same thing as ob_end_clean.

The description looks pretty clear to me:

Gets the current buffer contents and delete current output buffer.

ob_get_clean() essentially executes both ob_get_contents() and ob_end_clean().

So where's the problem?
