there are no conky.conf or conkyrc files to launch this

Hello,

I am rather new to linux and I do not understand how this conky works. I loaded the directory into my .conky directory but no launchable conkyrc or conky.conf files are present.

How does this work please?

There is a file called conkyrc.lua which is the config file for this. You can run it with conky -c /path/to/conkyrc.lua.

Note that you will need to adapt the config to your setup before you can use it.

Thank you very much for the reply. I have display now of a single vertical minimalis style conky, but it is all text, there are no images or graphs at all. I found the only image line in the .lua and edited it so tha the 9-blocks image is showing, but all other visual special effects are missing. Can you advise what to do at this point?
