Add highlight command to vimrc, access it from any color scheme

If you add the highlight command:

highlight InheritUnderlined ctermfg=118 cterm=underline guifg=#1FF07A gui=underline

To your vimrc file, you can use it from any color scheme, instead of just molokai. It will also function in both a terminal, and a gui.
