Timestamped Output Directory Feature

Currently, when no output path is specified, the utility pygetpapers automatically creates a timestamped output directory. While this feature isn't a bug, I believe it could be highlighted and documented better to benefit other users.

I agree the first point would be useful.

I don't understand the second comment...
