[2.0 BETA2] ACCEL_SAMPLING_1HZ is missing

ACCEL_SAMPLING_1HZ is missing in actual SDK, despite being mentioned in documentation (https://developer.getpebble.com/2/guides/accelerometer.html).

That means lowest possible sampling is 10HZ

"Removed the 1Hz accelerometer settings because it breaks the shake to backlight – Use peek() instead if you only need one sample per second."

( documentation is still wrong, though, "int accel_service_set_sampling_rate ( AccelSamplingRate rate )" claims to still accept 1Hz)
