DEFAULT_HOST is set to .ngrok.io host #5
Description
The DEFAULT_HOST was changed in 7434403 to '8ed3489f.ngrok.io'. This may have been accidental (e.g. for debugging), but now anyone could potentially obtain that domain and receive pdfbucket credentials from library users using the default host.
