Fallback playlist #44
Description
As a host, I would like to set a fallback playlist in case there are no songs in queue. Keeping he party alive!
- Spotify API call to pull playlists
- Store what playlist to fallback to
- On end of current song if there are no songs in queue add random song from playlist to queue.
