Feature Summary

When users select a help topic from the drop-down menu, it would be helpful to show a summary of what that selection is intended for.

For example, if the help topic was Payroll, the summary could be something like: Payroll Inquiries (Taxes, W2s, and payroll corrections), Payment Requests [and so on]

Intended Outcome of the feature

Make it easier for end-users to know the correct help topic.

How will it work once completed?

When a user selects a help topic, they would see a description below the drop-down. Right now, I'm using forms but that's not as clean of a solution.
