Template Variables

**Feature Summary**

When creating Email Templates, Agent Templates, or Canned Responses, we have supported variables that can be automatically referenced
Ex: Ticket Number

**Intended Outcome of the feature**

We should be able to confirm that each variable is changed to its respective value when it is used.
