Feature Summary
Exchanging Messages and responses on Tickets. This project will require both UI and backend work to create the features that make up the core function of osTicket.
This project should start off with Mockups that are discussed and redesigned as needed before coding.

- Add a Canned Response to the Ticket
- We should be able to search for keywords in Canned Response title
