Use Ghostty terminal with Linux machine

I am using the awesome Ghostty terminal on my Mac. In OrbStack, I created an Ubuntu machine and when I double click the machine it opens a Ghostty terminal window for the Ubuntu virtual machine. However, when I try to clear the screen in the Ghostty terminal, I get an unknown terminal type message as shown below:

According to the Ghostty docs, the terminfo needs to be updated for remote machines using this command:

infocmp -x xterm-ghostty | ssh YOUR-SERVER -- tic -x -

But I'm not connecting to the machine with SSH. So how do I provide this info to OrbStack so I can properly open Ghostty terminal windows for the virtual machines?

You can use ssh to connect to the machine (I am assuming you just used the orb command). This works for me:

infocmp -x xterm-ghostty | ssh orb -- tic -x -
