Color users in userlist based on retire speed, again

In the vLAN days, users in the userlist (run user in game) were colored gray or white depending on whether they had escaped the vLAN.

This coloring served a useful purpose for players: it meant that retiring that user would complete quickly.

I suggest that users in the userlist today should be similarly colored, based on whether they will retire quickly or not. Currently this is based on whether they escaped the kiddie_pool, I believe.

It is based on completion of the kiddie_pool, yes.

Maybe colored by tier of the user? So you would see all your t0 and t4 at a single glance? ;)
Or maybe also/instead possible to sort by tier or other sys.specs stats? (More reports about ur users basically but maybe thats something we should do on our own, dashboards and spreadsheets etc. :DD)
