Seabreeze plugin update

I'd need some need help to update the seabreeze plugin
LMSC-NTappy/pymodaq_plugins_oceanoptics_seabreeze#2,
pip install -e . currently fails with

      AttributeError: module 'hatchling.build' has no attribute 'prepare_metadata_for_build_editable'

It does not seem to be this issue

because there are no obvious "direct references" in the

And it would require editing pyproject.toml past the # nottodo: leave everything below as is!.

It might come from the update_metadata_from_toml call in hatch_build.py ?

Tested with pymodaq-5.0.18 (1b2ffa2).
