Just a few things to do before V5 release!

We discussed with @seb5g about the (imminent) release of PyMoDAQ v5 and we identified some issues to solve in priority, it either stuff that's relatively easy to fix/improve or important stuff that needs to be adressed:

• V5: Docs: process docs (readthedocs) using github source code and not pypi release #472 to use documentation from the repo and not the release, @loicguilmard are you still working on it?
• Move LECO communication to new serializer (PyMoDAQ 5) #462 by @BenediktBurger but it should be complete now
• to be honest I first included all issues related to LECO/PyLECO but it would be too much:
  • PyLECO event based feedback #307 is a big piece (so let's exclude it)
  • Improvements and patches required on LECO #382 I don't know if @rgeneaux could work on it?
  • I still feel like LECOMoveDirector should handle units correctly #471 is important and related to the next point
• all the issues about units by @seb5g
  • add units when specifying scans in DAQ_Scan #494
  • Value slicing should accept quantities #410
  • New unit when applying scaling in DAQ Move #376
• some small improvements by @malik-irain
  • Freeze environment regularly for quick reinstall #440
  • pymodaq update fails under windows #371
  • GUI window closure shoudl trigger first the proper deinitialization of modules #374
  • Deal with old or dead unused code #487
  • maybe Code coverage exclude examples #505 also

Also, some PRs should be completed and reviewed, I think especality about:

• PR#27 on pymodaq_data
• PR#28 and PR#33 on pymodaq_gui
• PR#502 on PyMoDAQ

Finally, we should do fresh repos before the release (at least for utils and data)

Sorry, it's been a busy week.
It's easy to reference the git version instead of the package. The problem is more about the presentation and the cross reference in the documentation. sphinx-api-doc default templates generated too much paragraphs to my taste. I'll push with my first template soon but then we need to review/update the old library reference.
