Travis CI for Android (#215)

* try getting android travis to build

* switch to emulator api 21

* add license

* use build tools specific version

* accept license

* add install

* update travis build

* remove before install

* remove install

* build tools and api need to match gradle

* remove circleci, got travis going by making sure we use the same build tools and sdk defined in our gradle file

* remove unused calls
