Version 2.3.0 does not exist on Packagist

The new v2.3.0 tag is not reflected on Packagist (https://packagist.org/packages/opensoft/rollout), so when trying to use the new version in composer, it says that it does not exist. Maybe the manual trigger in Packagist would solve this issue?
