The cohort-extractor [repo](https://github.com/opensafely-core/cohort-extractor) has been archived, there is no longer any mechanism to run cohort-extractor jobs in the secure environment. There is an [issue](https://github.com/opensafely-core/job-server/issues/5139) to remove its functionality from job-server and we should do the same here.
