Update NHS PCD Refsets and NHS drug refsets #2930
Description
Why are we doing this?
A new version of the NHS refsets has just been released: https://isd.digital.nhs.uk/trud/users/authenticated/filters/0/categories/8/items/659/releases. So we should use the documented process to update the NHS PCD and medications refsets.
This was last run in Oct 2025.
Please note, there's a related ticket to improve this process. Whoever picks up this work may want to do some or all of it.
How will we know when it's done?
The NHS PCD Refsets and NHS drug refsets are up to date on OpenCodelists with those published on the NHS Portal
What are we doing?
Using the just commands to import the latest NHS PCD Refsets and the latest NHS drug refsets
