Representative Housekeeping Gene-based Method #48
Description
It would be interesting to see one method which relies on housekeeping genes (i.e. endogenous controls), e.g. RUV-III-NB or scMerge 2. Both packages have human and mouse housekeeping gene lists. Arbitrarily, I suggest scMerge because Fabian Theis recently benchmarked it.
