Update the reporting workflow outputs #929
Description
Would be nice if the reporting workflow automatically outputs:
- The raw outputs (it already does)
- All of the relevant information that needs to be passed to the website to publish the results
- A preview of the results
- A QC report
If any of these steps fails, the rest should still be published (e.g. if the result review fails but the QC report succeeds).
