A way for team leads to add people to their team/repo #922
Description
Would it be possible to enable rights for the team lead of a benchmarking project to invite members to the project's repo? Also having access to the overview of the members list would be helpful to see who is a member already.
Students of me that joined working on the ist_preprocessing benchmark had issues opening PRs and for opened PRs I needed to get the CI started manually for them. It would be just less overhead if I can invite them myself instead of asking.
