Kosovo holidays

Hi,

I would like to have Kosovo holidays. How I can help in this regard?

Is there any format I can come up with? I checked https://github.com/openpotato/openholidaysapi.data/tree/develop/src/al/holidays since they are related more or less to us. But there is an ID there so I am not sure how to generate it.
