Manual language selection

I'm bilingual and the phone is set to German, but the pronunciation in German is annoyingly off to the point that it partially unintelligible. I would really appreciate to be able to manually select English as the speech language independent of my phones language setting. Keep "automatic" of "phone setting" as the default, if you wish. But please allow setting it to English in the preferences menu.
