Mono Repo CWD

So when I work on a mono-repo and I change into a package and I open neo-tree, I only see that directory I am in. What I want is that when Neo-tree opens the folders are expanded and the file I am on it highlighted. Here is my config

Why this options isn't true by default, because it's obvious to have it turned on?

Ok so I tried this and still it changes my whole tree to just that dir
