How do I disable <CR> from executing :Neotree filesystem toggle

I've read the docs on custom mappings here

I'd like to disable from toggling neotree file system when cursor is in a "regular" buffer, but still allow to open the file when the cursor is on a file in the neotree file system. This is my config - would appreciate any help possible :)
