Vulnerability in old sqlite-jdbc version

Any plans to patch cqengine with a more updated version of org.xerial:sqlite-jdbc ? There is CVE-2023-32697 which makes this library a problem to use in an enterprise setting.

Since the project has been quiet lately, we've decided to launch a maintained fork to keep the engine running! I just released version 1.0.0 under a new namespace. The plan is to keep things secure (fixing CVEs), stay up to date with modern Java trends, and eventually add new features based on what the community needs. I have already made some fixes with the CVEs but if you feel anything more is missing, please open a new bug request !

You can find the updated version here: cqengine-next released under my namespace but follows the same directory layout and all so as make the transition for anyone coming over as seamless as possible.

If you feel there are some bugs or some features that you want to request, please feel free to open a request.

My goal is to keep the fork maintained and up to date.
