Improved input formats #4
Description
Currently coisc supports hosts file and flat domain list formats. This covers a lot of lists but increasingly block lists come with metadata (for example cryptoDB uses JSON and YAML, some lists are just straight URLs and the Bambenek, Abuse.ch and Phishstats lists use CSV). Add support for other formats:
- JSON
- CSV
- YAML
- URL
- arbitrary user-defined formats based on regex (Add support for DGA domain list #3)
